Dr. Mahsa Afshinfar Nandwana
Mahsa’s journey in the pharmaceutical industry began when she moved from her hometown in Iran to India to pursue a Bachelor of Pharmacy. Eager to connect pharmaceutical knowledge with clinical application, she earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy. With a lifelong passion for the beauty industry, especially skincare, Mahsa further expanded her expertise with a diploma in Skin Aesthetics and Trichology. Fueled by her vision to craft innovative, high-performance formulations she is now focused on creating skincare solutions that blend science and beauty at WELLGLOW Pharmaceuticals.

Ketki Patwardhan
Ketki holds a Bachelor's in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering and a Masters In Management from Bayes Business Shool, London,United Kingdom. Thereafter she worked in the field of finance and investing for a few years , Her entrepreneurial venture, Makeovers by Ketki, a luxury bridal makeup studio and training academy, inspired her towards co-creating WELLGLOW Pharmaceuticals,a holistic wellness brand ,where she overlooks the business operations and expansion while prioriizing clean beauty and climate positive manufacturing practices.
